Refund and Return Policy
Our commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and have manufacturing defects. Paint products that have been opened, mixed, or partially used cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for inspection and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
3. Wrong Product Delivery
If you receive a product different from your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered and collect the wrong product at no charge to you.
4. Damaged During Transit
Products damaged during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will provide a replacement or refund after verification.
5. Color Mismatch
Minor variations in color may occur due to screen display differences and lighting conditions. Color samples should be tested before full application. Returns based solely on color preference are not accepted unless there is a significant deviation from the specified color code.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
7. Bulk Orders
Bulk orders (more than 50 liters or 10 units) have special return conditions. Please contact our sales team for specific terms applicable to large quantity purchases.
8. Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used paint containers
- Custom-mixed or specially tinted products
- Products purchased on clearance or special discount
- Products beyond the 7-day return window
- Products without original packaging and invoice
9. Return Shipping
For returns due to manufacturing defects or our errors, we will arrange and pay for return shipping. For other eligible returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
10. Inspection and Verification
All returned products are subject to inspection and verification. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the product has been used, damaged due to mishandling, or does not meet our return criteria.
11. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for products with manufacturing defects or incorrect orders. The exchange product will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned item. No additional charges apply for exchanges due to our error.
12. Technical Consultation
Before purchasing, we encourage customers to consult with our technical team for product selection and application guidance. This helps prevent returns due to incorrect product choice or application issues.
